1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fa333 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of fa333.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the fa333 platform.

These Terms apply to all activities on fa333.club, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all promotions. Additional terms specific to individual games or promotions may also apply and will be presented at the point of participation. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific terms shall prevail.

2Eligibility

Use of fa333 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure you satisfy these requirements before registering or placing any bets.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fa333 applies a strict minimum age of 21 for all account registrations, deposits, game participation, bonus claims, and withdrawals without exception.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Determining whether online gambling is lawful in your location is your sole responsibility before using fa333.
• You must not have been previously excluded from fa333 or any other gambling platform via a self-exclusion programme, and must not be registered on any applicable national self-exclusion register.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person. Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party, corporation, or group is strictly prohibited.

3Account Registration

To access real-money features on fa333 you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• Registration requires a valid mobile phone number and a date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age, plus any additional information required during verification. All information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Do not share your login details with any third party. fa333 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to keep your credentials secure.
• fa333 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time during account use. Failure to complete verification may result in account restriction or closure.
• Players may hold only one active account at a time. Duplicate accounts flagged by our systems will be reviewed. The primary account is retained and duplicates are closed. Any bonuses or winnings accrued on duplicate accounts will be voided.
• fa333 may, at its discretion, decline to accept a registration application without being required to give a reason.

By registering, you consent to fa333 processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may update your registered details at any time from within your account settings. Keeping your contact information current is your responsibility, as fa333 uses your registered mobile number to communicate account notices, verification codes, and security alerts.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

fa333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Bangladesh payment methods listed on the platform. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on fa333.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. fa333 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with notice provided on the platform.
• Deposits are credited to your fa333 account balance in real time in the majority of cases. In exceptional circumstances processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit does not appear within this timeframe, contact fa333 customer support with your transaction reference.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours, subject to all applicable verification checks being completed. Withdrawals submitted outside business hours will be queued and processed when business hours resume.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, and only to an account registered in your own name. fa333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• fa333 does not charge players any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges. fa333 is not responsible for charges levied by third-party payment providers.
• fa333 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if it is subject to an ongoing investigation for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or pending identity verification. In such cases fa333 will communicate the reason for any delay to the player.

5Bonuses and Promotions

fa333 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Bonuses may not be shared between accounts or transferred to another player.
• fa333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after being credited, any winnings generated through that bonus prior to cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated software to exploit promotions — will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and their accounts suspended.
• Free spins issued as part of a bonus offer will expire if not used within the time period specified in the offer terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

6Responsible Gaming

fa333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to manage their own gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. A deposit limit takes effect immediately once set. Increases to an existing deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. Once the session limit is reached the player will be logged out automatically. Session limits can be adjusted or removed at any time, though increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request. During this period the player's account will be locked and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Reality checks: Players may enable regular on-screen reminders of their session duration and net win/loss position. These reminders appear at player-chosen intervals as a prompt to review gambling behaviour.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fa333. Any player found engaging in any of these activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any associated winnings forfeited.

• Fraud, collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or any other form of dishonest play intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the fa333 platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents normal game mechanics.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use fa333 as a vehicle for processing funds of illegal origin. fa333 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming bonuses more than once, circumventing a self-exclusion, or evading an account suspension.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith. Any player who initiates a chargeback against a legitimate fa333 transaction will have their account immediately suspended and the matter referred to our fraud team.
• Any conduct intended to intimidate, harass, abuse, or threaten fa333 staff or other players, whether via the platform's communication features or by any other means.

8Intellectual Property

All content on fa333.club — including the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of fa333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the fa333 platform without our prior written consent.

The fa333 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to fa333. Use of these marks without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform as an individual player.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa333 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the fa333 platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the fa333 service including planned maintenance, unplanned outages, network failures, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, acts of government, or civil unrest.
• Any technical errors, display errors, or miscommunication of odds or game results caused by software bugs, data feed errors, or human error, where fa333 acts promptly to correct the error upon becoming aware of it.

10Privacy and Data Protection

fa333 collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identities, process financial transactions, comply with legal obligations, and communicate account-related information to players. The types of data collected, the legal bases for processing, your rights as a data subject, and the security measures fa333 employs are described in full in the fa333 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By using fa333 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, you must not use fa333. You may withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time by contacting our support team. Withdrawal of consent for processing essential to account operation — such as identity verification and transaction processing — will require account closure.

11Account Suspension and Termination

fa333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with or without prior notice in the circumstances described below. Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support.

• Breach of these Terms, including engaging in prohibited activities, providing false registration information, or failing to complete verification requirements within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity pending investigation. fa333 will not be liable for losses incurred by a player as a result of account suspension during an investigation.
• Player-initiated account closure. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal timeframe before the account is closed. Bonus balances not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited on closure.
• Inactivity. An account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. fa333 will attempt to contact the player using registered contact details before applying any inactivity policy. Players with dormant accounts should contact our support team to reactivate access.

12Amendments to These Terms

fa333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via a notice displayed on the fa333.club platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the Last Updated notice at the top of this page.

Your continued use of fa333 after any amended Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you must stop using fa333 and contact our customer support team if you wish to close your account.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to fa333's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fa333 platform shall in the first instance be submitted to fa333's customer support team for resolution. fa333 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 10 business days of a formal dispute being lodged.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may seek to escalate the matter through alternative dispute resolution or legal channels available in your jurisdiction. fa333 does not waive any rights or defences by agreeing to attempt informal resolution first.
